They are made with 3D glittery seashell embroidered with pearls and golden details, a sequined mermaid tail, a glittery starfish, and a bouquet of pearls! The tutu is made from light blue, aqua, pink and purple tulle creating a really cool ocean color effect! This tutu has an elasticized waistband for comfort and size flexibility, and it is washable! We recommend laying flat to dry.
